Settings
Settings manage
The Manage pane of space settings, holding the single irreversible action of permanently deleting a space and all of its contents.
Available
Ports as-is
Examples
Rendered live from the maintained Storybook story. Lantern stores only the story id and embeds Storybook rather than duplicating the component or its demo.
Settings manage
Rendered live from Storybook
Storybook must be running for this to load — bun run start:storybook from the monorepo root, or set NEXT_PUBLIC_STORYBOOK_URL to a deployed instance.
Props
The component's public API, read from its TypeScript source. Descriptions come from TSDoc on the prop, so this table cannot drift from the component.
| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
spaceName* | string | — | Space name — interpolated into the type-to-confirm prompt and matched exactly. |
onDeleteSpace | () => void | — | Fired when the type-to-confirm dialog is confirmed. Deletion itself is the caller's. |
defaultConfirmOpen | boolean | false | Opens the confirmation dialog on mount, for a static open-state story. |
initialConfirmText | string | "" | Seeds the type-to-confirm field — pass `spaceName` to render the enabled dialog. |
className | string | — | Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library. |
Reference
Transcribed from the component audit. If this disagrees with the source, the source is right.
- Source
src/components/settings/SettingsManage.tsx- Portability
- Copies across unchanged — only the utils import path moves.
- Notes
- Use it as the last pane in space settings for account-level destructive actions. Deletion requires typing the exact space name to confirm, so the confirm button stays disabled until the text matches character for character; the component only exposes callbacks and never performs navigation or deletion itself.
