Portability: Copies across unchanged — only the utils import path moves.
Notes: Render it above previewed content whenever view mode isn't admin on a non-default-member space; it lets the admin switch between Visitor, Member, and any access tier via a dropdown, and exits back to admin on click, Esc, or automatically on mobile.
