Analytics

Analytics header

A sticky header for the Analytics page that displays the current date range and exposes refresh and export actions.
Available
Ports as-is

Examples

Rendered live from the maintained Storybook story. Lantern stores only the story id and embeds Storybook rather than duplicating the component or its demo.

Analytics header

Rendered live from Storybook

Storybook must be running for this to load — bun run start:storybook from the monorepo root, or set NEXT_PUBLIC_STORYBOOK_URL to a deployed instance.

Props

The component's public API, read from its TypeScript source. Descriptions come from TSDoc on the prop, so this table cannot drift from the component.

PropTypeDefaultDescription
dateRange*string—Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library.
onDateRangeChange*(range: string) => void—Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library.
customStartDateDate—Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library.
customEndDateDate—Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library.
onCustomDateRangeChange(startDate: Date, endDate: Date) => void—Undocumented — add TSDoc to the prop in the library.

Reference

Transcribed from the component audit. If this disagrees with the source, the source is right.

Source
src/components/analytics/AnalyticsHeader.tsx
Portability
Copies across unchanged — only the utils import path moves.
Notes
Place it at the top of desktop analytics views to let creators switch between date presets (today, 7/30 days, month/quarter/year to date, all time) or pick a custom range from an anchored panel; it is hidden on mobile, where the same refresh and export actions are registered into the mobile menu instead.
